4 years in IT.....!!!

In some of my course during school, i read that life is divided into four parts or ashramas ........ according to the indian tradition....each one having its own cause and pros......In the similar fashion, i feel that the four years of B Tech (ooops...sorry Bachelaor of Technology, degree that am supposed to get.... ) resemble more or less the 4 ashramas... Each year somewhere represent each ashram.....Am a fourth year student.... ( thats means am in the last stage ..... acc to the system of ashramas... :-P ). Still remember the day when i entered this institute..... college ....and was introduced to just seniors.... as "Moms" and "baaps" !!! and then was told the name of my "Tech mom" ....wow man!!! I had new mom... ;-) When i told all this to my mom...( my genetic mother..) she laughed as if i cracked some joke before her. But in the course of time, I myself learnt it all....calling the very seniors as "maa" and "baap" ...!!!.. taking treats jus like a kid demands for a new toy before his parents....amazingly was introduced to a new family....but as a kid. The time passed and a complete year was over or better say one ashram was over...and was the time to step into the next one with some new responsibilities. And that was the time when i was introduced as "Tech mom"!! and my family extended with a cute kid...."My Tech Daughter" . It's so strange......just in an interval of 2 months ...my position was completely changed.....became more responsible.....acted more maturely many a times more than age.......as if was really the mother of an eighteen year old gal....!!!Again .....the time flew away like a butterfly.....in caring and shaping a kiddo into a mature and grown up....and then came the realities....more sincere life was expected now.....when i was supposed to face the grandchildren ......actually was the time to welcome a new generation.....and a few months later was the time to bid farewale to my own moms... people who once cared like a kid...!! Thats the irony of life!!! At one side am happy with my extending family while on the othersad....for parting off with the people who were introduced to me as moms....it was time to part off from
them......still had to behave maturely...coz frankly speaking life offers nothing to loose!!! ( i sometimes feel that, thats the only option it gives you to choose) ;-). And today am in the fourth year...the journey of this life is near its end (college life ) .....with mixed feelings.....happy as am about to move into an entirely new world, with new responsibilities, to meet new people.....and act in some new fashion.....while on the other am feeling nostalgic....as i have to move away from my family....a family which has no blood relations still has some strong bonds.....bonds which will never break ....meant to be alive forever.....a family which is although dispersed throughout the world...still so close and one at hearts.... :-)
Four years back, i used to think....what a stupid system is it....!! Is it really possible for a person to develope so strong bonds outside the family.... but today i go nuts over this system...no doubts in love with my family!! Today am at a stage where i can't even think without ...this cute and small family.....without this beautiful relation of "Tech mom and daughter" ... Ironically am behaving in two different realms....as a kid...and a bit mature as a mom!! ( many of u might not agree with the fact that am mature...n i too agree with u ..that am not!! ... but sometimes
am myself shocked coz of my own mature behaviour....neways that will take a lot of space and is simply a crap to be written here.... )
In one of my previous articles i wrote about the notion "maturity comes with age" ....That moment i was neither in agreement with this....nor against it......and today also i will say although both are inter-related still one does not define the other completely or if i can rephrase it as... "Data insufficient!!! " :-P
