Retrospecting

A year has passed, and if i look back, all i can see is planning, packing, travelling, moving, staying at a place for few days and again start the same process. It has been in a loop, like a song being played on repeat mode. Sometimes a breather; sometimes painful!

There has been a time, when i wished to have a life busy like crazy; just keep on doing things, you try to strike one thing from to-do list resulting in adding up of ten new line items. Appointments, meetings, get-to-gathers, catching up with old friends, hanging out with partners, exploring new places, learning new language, deep diving new cultures, making space for new friends in your life, removing clutter/encroachments from mind and heart. All in all,  a new start , a phase. And then , there you are, being a typical Virgo, struggling somewhere deep down in your heart to accept the changes popping up now and then and the adjustments you do to make life! A word to summarize would be "Chaos" but in a positive sense. Or may be, can say "Re-organizing" , "Re-building" your own self with new building blocks, new set of people and surroundings, looking up to new challenges, things you never thought of, relishing life in completely different manner; may be better or not, but yes more independent, bold and beautiful in every possible sense! Whoaaa!!! What a summary for an year!! 

And now, its time to re-invent the possibilities, which were rejected earlier with some stupid excuses; now is the time to achieve targets which were set to belittle you, and proving your worth to the group who discarded your beliefs, and making your loved ones proud! 

It is the time of the year to celebrate; enjoy and have fun with the loved ones! To celebrate the happiness, new phase of close friends and wishing them the best of the world!  Time when your loved ones move into new phase of life with their beloved; and all you do is to make him/her happy , shower with all your love with the all the things you can do for them, just to see that smile with a shine in their eyes! Time to meet people, make new engagements, forbid stale ones, and make the best of the happy times! 

In short... after the absolute madness in life, its time to make some more beautiful, cherish-able moments which can make their way to the book of life! :)

An year of Metamorphosis!

Since the last post, life has been overhauled. It's been six months, and life is completely different now. A lot has happened in these six months, and I cannot relate to myself anymore. The person I was before April and the person I am now are two completely different human beings! Definitely, I have become more boring than earlier.  This year has been the year of firsts! Many things happened for the first time with me, and I did many new things.  Getting fired Vipassana Living in negative temperatures with basic means  Not planning anything  Noble silence for 9 days (Trust me the best time of life) Living without a phone, internet, and family  Lived at an altitude of 3500+ mtrs from sea level  Rushed mom to emergency for cardiac care Went on a trip with my Angel Welcomed a baby girl in the family. Tranquility with Tinyminy!

It has been more than 5 months that i wrote something, and that's true for not only this place but in general, I haven't written anything. Probably the longest i have stayed without writing. And am still sane. Wow, something to be really proud of. Guess the credit goes to two things: Another 10 day Vipassana course  My 9 month old niece. She is a saviour, as these days, most of my time goes to her playful antics.  I did my second "10 day course of Vipassana". While i was looking forward to the peace that noble silence brings, to my surprise, i was asked to do " Seva " when i joined. The seniors or the more experienced people in this field told me, that it is great that i was able to do Seva in my second course itself, however, somewhere i felt like a scapegoat.
