Moving on
Only thing i have learnt in life is "It keeps on moving on!"
Whatever place you live in, try to settle in or keep on changing; the only constant things is "Moving on" and start the same vicious circle of events again .. Move to a new place, meet new people, make new friends, get accustomed to new environment, settle in, realize what you miss from previous times and then again figure out new and better opportunities. And the life goes on!
Read somewhere, some famous person summarized life in three words "It goes on" . Truly said, it goes on irrespective of what you think, expect, dream or feel. It will move on its own pace, pushing you also to match your pace with it! If you are able to do so, you win it, else you are left behind.
Like life never stops, like the time, it keeps on running, like the thoughts never stop, like the moments keep on flowing in and out , like the heart keeps on beating! Everything keeps on going on and never stops!
When one looses his/her loved ones, thinks life has stopped; but it doesn't. It just adapts to the void created, and sooner or later, that void becomes non-existent. So strange is it, we get used to the void, as if no one existed!
Here am sitting in the balcony, watching the stars and the skyline of Gurgaon, it was never so beautiful and peaceful. Gurgaon, better known as the Concrete Jungle of the country, rarely you get a chance to see the clear sky, stars twinkling, cool breeze grazing your skin, and the city-lights clicking your pictures! Today, when am about to leave this place, suddenly it has started appearing so beautiful. For the past few days, I have started loving this place, without any reason. Though, i never wished to look back once i set off from here, but now i want to hold on to it! I so much wanted to leave this place for past few years, and was trying day and night for the same; and when today i am getting a chance to move on , I wish i never wished it! When i shared this with my Angel, she simply told me "Sweetz, Life is meant to keep going, and that is what you are supposed to do! Don't over think, and enjoy every passing moment."
If I look back on the moments spent in this city, it has given me the best and the worst memories of life. It has given me the experiences which i should be thankful to, helped me grow as a person, as a girl (woman) and more as a human being. It has taught me how to live, when to let go and when to hold on. It has showed me, my strength which i never believed in. This city has both taken and given me a life; taken away the innocence and taught the maturity; showed the tears , taught how to smile with them! Undoubtedly, this city has given me much more than I could have ever expected or thought of; in terms of lessons and experiences, relations and most importantly, it has given me endurance.
Thinking on a practical note, i should be scared of what time holds-in for me, as i do not know the place am going to, with unknown faces, where i hardly have any friends to look up-to like I have here. Surprisingly, am not anxious about the future, but concerned, that the moments flying by will soon become memories; memories which i will never be able to live again. It feels like i am leaving myself behind; something very important is being taken away from me; It's like the wings of a bird being taken away, and the bird is asked to learn flying again. Scary, isn't it ?
Will the void created in my life after moving on from here, will become non-existent ever ? Or it will always remain there, along with all the new experiences which life has to offer down the line? Somewhere, deep down my heart, want this void to remain forever with me; It feels, like this emptiness completes me; and i will again be incomplete without it.
Cheers
